Finally getting around to making a user page for myself, hey.

Going to stick some things in here and whatnot. Coming soon I guess

Note "sen" used in Nynorn lessons and texts, which is found in Hildina entirely regularly as "sin". Another appearance of -en being -in in west shetland dialect. I'm not entirely sure if/where "sen" shows up in the Old Norn corpus, but I do believe it to have been the likely mainland dialect form derived from ON "sem".
W becoming V seems to be the vast majority of cases when initial and after vowels; the existence of recorded forms with "W" instead of "V" is likely the influence of Shetland. Meanwhile, after a consonant, W appears to regularly be retained. See words such as "swara" in Hildina.

-#I appears to become O fairly regularly before the velar G, at least in West Dialect; see mig -> moch, þig -> doch in Hildina, dagligt -> dagloght in the Foula Lord's prayer. Meanwhile this is not found in the Orkney Norn Lord's prayer, "dalight". Ch/gh clearly represents a velar sound in these instances. To do, check for outcome of this in other regions.
